I have been seeing Lauri for 6 months now. I thought for me it was going to be a new diet plan, and someone telling me what to do to lose weight. Not this at all! Lauri has been amazing with education and tweaking things just for me, and it's not a diet.
I have found Lauri amazing, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. Always willing to answer a text or send a quick email with support. I knew this would be a journey, not a sprint, and every time I have wanted to give up Lauri has managed to try something else that works for me.

Over the years I have lived with digestive issues but then they started to exacerbate which disrupted my daily activities, made me feel poorly about myself and the weight slowly crept on due to my poor choices.
Lauri quickly identified changes I could make in my diet and lifestyle which were realistic for me. It became clear from the start that she is extremely knowledgeable and does not put her clients through a one size fits all approach. She listens at each review as to what my work/home life plans are to ensure any changes she may make will be achievable with my schedule.
I can honestly say I haven’t felt so good about myself in years. Getting out of bed is easier, I have more energy through the day and feel so much better internally with my gut health. Toning up was just an added bonus. I just wish that I reached out to her sooner.

Taking the first step and approaching Lauri to help support my decision to face some of my less than desirable eating habits has been hugely beneficial, to my health and well-being.
With some tweaks in my food choices, I feel empowered, lost weight, and had more energy. I have gained a lot more knowledge about the place of different foods in our diet and how they fuel the body.
I loved the well-rounded approach to nutrition. We looked at improving sleep patterns, exercise and the role stress can influencing food choices.
My knowledge about the importance of protein and less reliance on empty carbs and processed foods has helped immensely. I am committed to my new healthy eating and long-term lifestyle changes going forward.

I decided to approach Lauri for help with my diet after seeing the amazing results a friend achieved while working with her. I’ve trained consistently for 8 years and after the following advice from friends and attempting Keto and other diets I was tired of not reaching my goals and extremely frustrated by my lack of progress.
Lauri’s process showed me where my nutrition was out of balance, she supported me to refine the way my body processed food and I very quickly saw results. Over time I have more energy, I’m much leaner and I generally feel a lot healthier than I was. Also, I gained a measure of mental peace, all I had to do was what was asked of me and I got the results I was told I would. That experience is priceless.
I’ve invested in the future wellbeing of my body and I can now freely maintain the energy system that controls it and manipulate it as required, and that’s a lot of fun!

Both my wife and I had different needs as to why we would see Lauri; we chose to work together, as this would be a way of changing the way we eat for life, plus would be good for our son, who had had to change his diet a year earlier for his food allergies and as an athlete. We see the process as “Eating Healthily” not as a diet.
The benefits gained; More energy, Loss of fat/weight (my waste went from a 34” to 31-32”) More time together e.g. walking/preparing & cooking food, More measured approach to eating (less over-eating)
Lauri is superb in her approach, helps us to understand the why of the food choices so that we can then make independent choices in the future and Lauri adapts to our different goals for this change. Lauri is a lovely person and easy to deal with. She does not have a ‘tell’ approach – all she can do is advise, the rest is up to you.

I am so grateful for Lauri and for all the help she has given me in reaching goals of wellness and weight loss.
She helped me understand my body and was able to work out an eating plan specifically designed for me. My energy improved and this helped me put more exercise into my day-to-day life. I could not recommend Lauri Belcher enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding of your personal goals, and motivating.
Every visit is positive, she explains the results and the great benefits from the previous 2 weeks of healthy clean eating. I have never felt this great, healthy, awake, happy, and balanced. I have learned so much that I can’t see myself eating the way I did.
My partner and friends have all commented on how well I look. Bloating and waistline has gone down and my skin looks clear and youthful.

I’m a local businessman who has always liked to keep fit and healthy. I have trained religiously 4-5 times per week over the years - a mix of running, mountain biking, and gym workouts. I’ve always been one with an attitude of “no pain no gain”, and was probably in the category of overtraining.
I was a little frustrated with the lack of performance fitness and strength gains. The effort I placed on training and I wasn’t seeing the reflective results I was after. It was not until I was confronted with having to have a hip replacement that I really looked at how I could maintain my condition without being able to train like I used to.
The guidance, coaching, and knowledge I obtained from Lauri around what, when, and how much I should be eating was invaluable and life-changing. I’d say it’s had the biggest impact on my health, overall well-being, and performance.
Lauri was very professional, private, and a great support person along the way. I was able to ask her any questions on not only content but the process. We made adjustments along the way to cater to my busy life i.e. being away, traveling, and different training schedules.
I would highly recommend that you get a session in with Lauri will be the first constructive step into a revelation of what really makes a difference .... nutrition!!

Working alongside Lauri was a bit scary purely for the reason of stepping out of my' comfort zone', however, Lauri talked me through the process in a language I understood. I really appreciated the ’straight-up ness’ of ‘mauri mahi, mauri ora' which means do the work, get the treats, and that I really needed to trust the process of what was going to be happening. (Because changes will happen!)
Slowly but surely food preparation became easier and I started enjoying the huge (allocated for me) meals. I was excited about eating and my taste buds were humming.
What really worked for me was having fortnightly catch-ups, we would discuss what was happening with my body and mind and why these changes were happening, make changes to my menus and see what progress was happening. I loved seeing the changes happening internally and externally. The whole process is very empowering and it is definitely not a ‘one plan fits all’ approach - The coaching is very personal and fitted to the individual.

As part of a goal to improve my overall health, I knew that improving my diet and nutrition was a key element of this process. After some research, I decided to contact Lauri to see if she could assist me with some clear advice, direction, and assistance in developing a suitable plan that, if followed, would assist me in; (a) losing weight (b) improving my body composition and (c) gain energy.
Lauri developed an overall plan for me that was a vital part of achieving these initial goals. She also was able to customise a nutrition plan based on my targets and clarify what food groups and combinations would work best for my body type and the science behind these recommendations.
Lauri’s expertise and encouragement through this process were invaluable. Over a four-month period, working with Lauri I was able to achieve my three initial goals.

I highly recommend seeing Lauri with any health goal you may have, I was struggling with energy levels during my work day and found myself crashing in the afternoon.
Lauri has helped me have a balanced diet and exercise lifestyle. Lauri is a great mentor and made changes incrementally meaning I have made some great changes without getting overwhelmed.
If I ever had a struggle Lauri always has a great solution or suggestion to overcome it. I also fell pregnant during my journey and Lauri is very knowledgeable about foods that will help me in each stage. I lost a total of 9kgs and I feel so much better for it.

I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Lauri for 12 weeks and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Initially, I went to Lauri with issues around exhaustion, gut, and digestion as well as mental health and physical weight.
Lauri’s approach took time to get to know my body and the internal + external factors that were impacting these areas of concern in my life.
Early on into our 12 weeks, I conceived my first child, which Lauri adapted seamlessly to ensure both the baby and my own health were considered and prioritised in our steps. She has an abundance of knowledge and supported me to add nutrients where needed all while working on healing my initial gut troubles.
I lost 6kgs while working with Lauri and have a noticeably healthier mindset with my food choices. The thing I loved most about working with Lauri was that these changes were huge but the steps to get there were small and precise for my body.
