Initial
Consultation.
Minimum commitment period for new clients is 12 weeks (Initial + 6x Review Consultations) these are booked in advance on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
An initial consult gives you up to 60 minutes of one-on-one time with your nutrition practitioner. It will entail a full & thorough health assessment (which is to be completed prior to consultation) covering detailed questioning of your health history; family history and presenting symptoms; in order to establish a tailored nutrition plan specific to your needs/goals. This will also include dietary and lifestyle evaluation and nutritional supplementation recommendations and testing, where necessary.
Consultations are tailored specifically to your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals guided by your own comfort level of change. A functional approach is taken which factors in every aspect of your current and previous health history and lifestyle, and how they are all interrelated.
Individual 60 mins, $250 | Couples 90-120 mins, $480
Review
Consultation.
Prerequisite: Initial Consultation; review consultations are only for current clients and are booked in advance on a fortnightly basis.
The review consultation gives you up to 30 minutes of one-on-one time with your practitioner. It is part of an ongoing process of re-evaluating and providing underlying support to guide you through your path to optimal health and wellness. During your consultation, we will assess your progress and make changes in your plan where needed, review results & continue to guide you in making long-term lifestyle changes.
